Xero Advanced Invoice Template / DOCX Expert Needed

I am looking for an experienced Xero Advanced Invoice Template specialist to fix and professionally redesign our existing Xero invoice/quotation templates.

I previously hired a freelancer to complete this work, but unfortunately they did not have the necessary experience with Xero's advanced DOCX templates and the templates are still not working or displaying correctly.

I am not looking for a general bookkeeper or someone who simply knows how to use Xero. I need somebody who has specific, proven experience creating and editing Xero Advanced Invoice Templates using Microsoft Word/DOCX.

What I Need

Review our existing Xero Advanced Invoice Templates

Fix the current formatting and layout problems

Ensure all Xero merge fields / placeholders work correctly

Correct VAT, totals, subtotals and other invoice information

Make sure customer and company information displays correctly

Correct tables, spacing, alignment and margins

Ensure long product descriptions display properly

Fix page breaks and multi-page invoices

Ensure invoices convert cleanly from DOCX to PDF within Xero

Create a clean, professional and consistent appearance

Make sure quotations and invoices follow the same company branding

Test the finished templates inside Xero before completion

I run a UK e-commerce and industrial sewing machinery business, so our invoices can contain multiple products, VAT, delivery charges, detailed product descriptions and occasionally larger/multi-page orders.

I would ideally like to find somebody who can sort the existing templates out properly from start to finish, rather than requiring me to repeatedly identify and explain formatting problems.

There may also be ongoing Xero work available for the right person.
