1. Front Desk Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate must represent the company with elegance, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle basic administrative duties and record keeping.

Provide administrative support to various departments when required.

Requirements:

Proficient in computer operations and QuickBooks.

Good educational background.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

2. Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to make designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Requirements:

Proficiency in design tools such as CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

Past graphics experience from other organizations.

Must be ready to work on site

Ability to work with supervision

Must reside in Port Harcourt.
