Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Over 45 hours will be calculated as overtime)

Salary Range: RM 2000 - 4000

Inbound Operations (Receiving & Putaway):

  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to schedule and receive incoming stock.
  • Supervise unloading, inspection, and barcode verification of incoming goods.
  • Ensure proper GRN (Goods Received Note) processes and documentation.
  • Oversee putaway activities, ensuring items are stored according to SKU and FIFO principles.
  • Report and follow up on any receiving discrepancies or damaged items.
Outbound Operations (Picking, Packing & Dispatch):
  • Coordinate daily order picking and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment for retail branches and customer orders.
  • Audit packing processes to ensure correct SKUs, quantities, and quality of packing.
  • Oversee barcode scanning before dispatch to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Verify delivery orders and dispatch documentation are complete and correct.
  • Communicate with the logistics/delivery team on scheduling and truck loading.
Inventory Control & Barcode Compliance:
  • Ensure all inbound/outbound movements are updated in the system using barcode scanners.
  • Enforce FIFO/FEFO procedures for all stock movements.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and assist in full stock takes.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and report to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure proper labeling and identification of all inventory.
Warehouse Operations & Safety:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure all equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) are used properly and maintained.
  • Follow safety SOPs and ensure team compliance with PPE and warehouse protocols.
  • Support warehouse layout optimization and space utilization.
Team Supervision & Communication:
  • Supervise warehouse assistants, packers, and general workers.
  • Provide training and guidance on barcode scanning, FIFO handling, and safety practices.
  • Monitor daily work assignments and performance of team members.
  • Coordinate with store operations, logistics, procurement, and sales teams on warehouse matters.
  • Required to work remotely when necessary, as determined by management or business needs.
