Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.

Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology. Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).
