There is a possibility that Big Commerce might be a as good as Shopify, might even have better embedded channel links for the eBay and Amazon links. It could be more cost effective.

To design and develop a robust, SEO-optimized eCommerce platform that supports both B2C retail and B2B dealer operations, integrates seamlessly with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Weapon Depot, and provides efficient real-time inventory and order management to streamline multi-channel selling.

Looking further into Shopify, I believe that Shopify Basic is a good starting point, an add-on of SalesTio or similar for sync with the marketplaces.
