Shopify Developer Needed to Build Custom Jewelry Configurator (Infinite Options + Customily)

We are launching a Shopify store for a handmade graduation ring business based in Puerto Rico. Every ring is custom-made to order with a large number of personalization options — metal type, stone color, stone cut, finish, engraving, and institutional logos. We need an experienced Shopify developer to properly configure our store using product options apps (not native Shopify variants, which cannot handle this level of complexity) plus a partial payment system and WhatsApp integration. This is NOT a simple product upload job. We need someone who understands how to structure a complex, rules-based product configurator that can scale to 32+ ring styles with thousands of possible combinations, without breaking Shopify's native 100-variant limit. • *SCOPE OF WORK** • 1. Product Options Configuration (Infinite Options)* - Install and configure Infinite Product Options (or similar) app - Set up option fields: Metal type (5 options), Finish (6 options), Stone cut (8 options), Stone color (12 options), Ring size (15 options), Exterior logo/text upload, Interior engraving with character limits - Build conditional logic: not every ring style supports every finish/stone/cut combination - Configure dynamic pricing by ring size range (two tiers) and hide pricing for gold (replaced with a WhatsApp quote button) • 2. Real-Time Product Visualization* - Install and configure Customily (or equivalent) for live ring preview as customers select options - Layer-based image system: stone color, metal tone, engraving text, and logo overlays • 3. Partial Payments (Layaway)* - Integrate Partial.ly for installment payments with credit/debit cards - Configure minimum deposit ($50) and 50% production-start threshold - Build a simple customer-facing balance portal tied to order number for manual payment methods (ATH Móvil, cash) • 4. WhatsApp Business Integration* - Connect WhatsApp Business via Shopify app (SuperLemon, Interakt, or similar) - Automated order confirmations, payment reminders, and design approval notifications - Pre-filled WhatsApp quote button for gold ring inquiries • 5.
