Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience delivering Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications, developing risk and compliance workflows, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
  • Support end-to-end implementations across Risk Management, Policy &
    • Compliance, and Audit Management.
    • Configure and extend IRM applications based on business and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop custom risk scoring models, control testing workflows, and risk management processes.
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
    • Configure and customize Risk, Compliance, and Audit Workspaces.
    • Build modern user experiences using UI Builder.
    • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support data imports.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support risk and compliance processes.
    • Follow ServiceNow development best practices to ensure solutions are upgrade-safe, scalable, modular, and well documented.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with BAs, QA teams, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills &
  • Qualifications

ServiceNow Development
  • 6–10 years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • JavaScript
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • Script Includes
    • Flow Designer
    • ServiceNow platform configuration and development

IRM / GRC Experience
  • 2–3 years of IRM/GRC experience or 2–3 full lifecycle IRM/GRC implementations.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Risk Management
    • Policy &
      • Compliance
      • Audit Management
      • Controls Management
      • Risk lifecycle management
    • Strong understanding of inherent and residual risk scoring.
    • Experience working with organizational entities and risk structures.
Customization &
  • Configuration
  • Experience configuring and extending ServiceNow IRM applications.
  • Ability to implement custom risk scoring logic.
  • Experience developing control testing and assessment workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Risk, Compliance, and Audit Workspaces.
  • Experience using UI Builder.
Integration &
  • Reporting
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data imports and integrations.
  • Experience developing custom dashboards, analytics, and reports.
  • Understanding of enterprise data flows and system integrations.
