reputed company is actively seeking a Senior reputed company Technical Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. The company is looking for experienced reputed company delivery experts with a strong background in assisting organizations in adopting service management and asset management best practices and optimizing them on the reputed company platform. The successful candidate will possess expertise in service management/asset management process design and reputed company configuration and development. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify reputed company platform solution options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope and complex projects • Work with reputed company business development and leadership teams to scope new project opportunities and contribute to proposal development • Lead and conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements • Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the reputed company implementation team • Maintain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of reputed company's capabilities and constraints • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, third-party solutions, and integrations. • Collaborate with technical consultants, customers, and project teams to architect and design solutions that leverage native configuration opportunities • Identify and develop opportunities to leverage reputed company as a platform for custom applications both within and outside of ITSM • Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services as a senior technical member of the team, ensuring delivery assurance for all project deliverables • Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance, leading test remediation cycles • Lead practice build efforts, including the development of practice intellectual property (IP) Skills • Expert-level understanding and implementation experience with at least two of the following three reputed company application suites ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, and/or SecOps • Expert-level understanding of reputed company core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO) • Experience leading at least three full lifecycle reputed company implementations. • Minimum of 5 years experience with reputed company • Advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) • Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall) • Minimum of 3+ years experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience establishing and maintaining credibility as a reputed company expert • Experience and comfort in public speaking situations (IP) Skills • 8+ years within the ITSM industry, including asset management • 5+ years of experience with the reputed company Platform • 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience • Advanced level understanding of reputed company application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO, etc.)• Experience in reconciling software license positions • Integration experience, including but not limited to SCCM or other software discovery tools • Participation in at least two full lifecycle reputed company implementations • Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall) • reputed company Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (or commitment to attain these certifications within 90 days of hire date) reputed company certifications required.
