Search Engine Evaluator (Remote Part Time)

Role Description This is a remote, part-time role for a Search Engine Evaluator. In this position, you will review and rate search engine results based on relevance, accuracy, and usefulness to user queries.

You will follow detailed guidelines to evaluate web pages, images, and other online content, and provide clear feedback to help improve search quality. Daily tasks include analyzing query intent, assessing content credibility, and documenting issues or patterns you observe. You will work independently, manage your own schedule within set deadlines, and use online tools and platforms provided by Pareto Connect.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working online, and interested in contributing to better search experiences for users.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret guidelines and apply them consistently to a variety of online content.
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills in English, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of digital literacy, including confident use of web browsers, online research tools, and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Familiarity with common internet search behaviors, social media platforms, and current online trends across different content types.
• Reliable access to a computer and a stable high-speed internet connection, with the ability to work from a quiet, focused environment.
• Prior experience in search evaluation, online research, content moderation, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work part time on a flexible schedule, including the ability to adapt to changing project needs and guidelines.
