We are looking for a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience to facilitate Agile development and ensure smooth sprint execution.

As our Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, removing roadblocks, strengthening team collaboration, and ensuring successful sprint execution. You’ll work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to turn priorities into high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively followed, removing roadblocks to team progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
  • Coach the development team on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
  • Identify and resolve impediments that could affect sprint goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Help improve Agile processes and contribute to the organization’s overall Agile maturity.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations are aligned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or technology environment
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
  • Experience in a Delivery Lead or similar software delivery role
  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or exposure to business analysis within a technology/software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Above-average communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
