SAP PP/DS Consultant

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>SAP PP/DS Consultant</strong> with strong hands-on expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling. This role requires real implementation experience, not just functional exposure.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Troy, Michigan (Onsite preferred)</p><p><strong>Open to remote candidates in EST/CST with occasional travel to Michigan or Mexico</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 6 Months + Ext</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>SAP PP/DS</strong> (not just PP or QM)</li><li>Experience with <strong>at least 1 full implementation</strong></li><li>Expertise in <strong>PPDS Setup Optimizer</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>PPDS BAdI enhancements</strong></li><li>15–20 years of overall experience</li><li>Background in <strong>Manufacturing / Automotive domain</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Skills</strong></p><ul><li>SAP S/4HANA PP/DS (Embedded or DSC Edition)</li><li>Detailed Scheduling, Planning Board, Pegging</li><li>Constraint-based planning and sequencing</li><li>Cross-location planning and supply optimization</li><li>Production planning and scheduling strategies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>APO ABAP experience</li><li>End-to-end supply chain knowledge (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics)</li><li>Automotive or discrete manufacturing experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PS:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates with only SAP PP or QM experience will not be considered</li><li>Should have <strong>hands-on PP/DS project experience</strong></li><li>No support or purely functional profiles</li></ul>
