Join EchoStar's award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team and drive customer decisions by consulting on the value of our cutting-edge products and services. This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. Enjoy a Non-Negotiable Base Pay of $20.50/hour plus uncapped commission, with 1st Year On-Target Earnings up to $68,000. Paid full-time training is provided – no prior sales experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
Bounce back from challenging calls and remain focused on long-term goals
Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain lasting relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work full-time on-site with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Smartphone/device with an active network connection
Successful completion of a pre-employment screen (may include a drug test and DMV check)
