Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and strong selling skills

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entering the store

  • Assisting customers with product selections and providing recommendations based on their needs

  • Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services clearly

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and strong selling skills

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback courteously and effectively

Requirements

  • SPM and above

  • 1–2 years of sales experience

  • Those without sales experience but with initiative to learn and keen sense in retail industry will also be considered

  • Good customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Friendly, confident, and engaging personality who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
