Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, taking into account their current and future-state environment Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers Approach each customer as a unique customer, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a reputed company implementation Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with customer business objectives Collaborate with your team and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Groom and refine the reputed company product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project Be the subject matter authority for the reputed company solution being delivered for the customer, leading product, technology and business teams Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing project status report to management, assisting in test scenarios and validating results Design and lead the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered and demonstrate technical thought leadership Ensure documentation of the steps for testing Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of reputed company Minimum reputed company certified Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder What Technical Skills/Education do I need? 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent 4+ years reputed company implementation experience in a technical or functional role Professional Services experience 2+ years leading technical engagements with a program management or architectural responsibilities Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels including the C-suite Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company reputed company Architecture certifications Active in the reputed company community Ability to demonstrate the value of core reputed company product offerings What behaviors should I demonstrate?
