[Remote] Technical Project Manager – Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)

TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with deep hands-on expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to lead an enterprise security transformation initiative. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of Zscaler technologies while collaborating with various teams to deliver a scalable Zero Trust architecture.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end rollout of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), managing project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and executive reportingDesign, configure, and optimize ZIA security policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), cloud application controls, and internet access policiesConfigure and manage ZPA application segments, access policies, connector architecture, and Zero Trust access controlsPartner with IT Security, Network Engineering, Identity Management, and Infrastructure teams to align security policies with enterprise access modelsCollaborate with Identity teams to integrate Zscaler with Okta and implement device posture and conditional access policiesCoordinate endpoint deployments across macOS and Windows environments using Jamf and Microsoft IntuneSupport BYOD and mobile device management initiatives where Zscaler intersects with secure remote accessDevelop technical standards, implementation documentation, and compliance artifacts supporting cybersecurity and audit requirementsIdentify architecture gaps, recommend improvements, and drive remediation efforts throughout the implementationLead migration planning and execution from legacy VPN solutions to a Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust architectureDeliver executive-ready status reports, technical documentation, risk assessments, and project updates throughout the engagementSkills5+ years of technical project management experience leading enterprise security, networking, or infrastructure transformation initiativesDeep hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including architecture, policy configuration, deployment, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of Zero Trust networking principles and Secure Service Edge (SSE) architecturesExperience implementing SSL inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), cloud application controls, and secure web gateway policiesExperience integrating Zscaler with identity providers such as Okta and implementing device posture or conditional access controlsExperience supporting endpoint deployments using Jamf and/or Microsoft IntuneStrong technical documentation, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsProven ability to manage complex technical projects while collaborating across security, networking, infrastructure, and engineering teamsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsZscaler certifications such as ZDTA, ZDTP, or equivalentExperience supporting compliance initiatives including Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworksExperience migrating organizations from legacy VPN solutions to Zero Trust or SSE architecturesExperience with BYOD, Mobile Application Management (MAM), or enterprise mobility initiativesBackground supporting enterprise cybersecurity modernization or digital transformation programsBenefits4+Month W2 ContractFull-TimeRemote, USA (CST Working Hours)Company OverviewTCWGlobal is is a global employer of record for payrolling, compliance, staffing, and more for international employees and contractors.
