[Remote] Product Operations Associate

The Product Operations Associate will help design and implement badge strategies for organizations, ensuring effective learner engagement and progression through structured skill pathways. Responsibilities Support onboarding of institutions and employers onto SOLO Network Design badge and credential strategies aligned with workforce or learning objectives Structure programs into clear skill pathways and career tracks Map learning programs into engaging, outcome-driven learner journeys Ensure badges reflect real skill progression and career milestones Improve learner experience across onboarding, progression, and completion Recommend platform features based on client use cases Guide clients in implementing badges, pathways, and engagement mechanisms Act as a translator between product capabilities and real-world use cases Track both client-level and learner-level engagement Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients Suggest improvements to increase completion rates and platform usage Help define success metrics across institutions and learners Ensure learning translates into credentials and credentials into outcomes Support reporting and insights for continuous improvement Skills Strong structured thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to understand both business needs (B2B) and user experience (B2C) Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different stakeholders Interest in EdTech, skill development, or workforce ecosystems Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset Company Overview Solo Network is a technology company specialized in the design, commercialization and implementation of IT solutions.
