The company is seeking a freelance writer to research and produce timely, SEO-conscious web content, including articles, previews, recaps, opinion pieces, and list-style features, while meeting deadlines and collaborating with editors.

Responsibilities

• Producing timely and compelling web content about Major League Baseball and the National Football League
• Researching current news, games, player performance, and trends, then writing SEO-conscious articles, previews, recaps, opinion pieces, and list-style features
• Deliver clean, well-structured copy that meets assigned deadlines and adheres to editorial guidelines
• Optimizing headlines and meta descriptions, incorporating relevant keywords, and updating existing content when needed to maintain accuracy and search performance
• Collaboration with editors through digital communication tools is required to refine content and align with Rematch Media’s style and standards
