Auto ImportNote The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Hardware Engineer to manage hardware projects and support various engineering tasks. The role involves handling ServiceNow tickets, coordinating with systems engineering, and ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of hardware across operational sites. Responsibilities Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs) Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support) Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites Skills Must have an active TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED) Shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) years' experience as a HE is analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGNIT solutions A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related discipline Five (5) years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree JIRA, SNOW, and Nlyte (if possible) Benefits Health Coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance Additional Insurance Basic Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospitalization Indemnity, and Pet Insurance Retirement Plan 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time Off Generous PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and more Wellness Access to wellness programs and mental health support Professional Development Opportunities for growth, including tuition reimbursement Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Employee referral programs Bonus opportunities Technology allowance A diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture Company Overview Dice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
