About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kewa Pueblo, NM. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents, implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behaviors, social skills, and emotional regulation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing individualized behavior plans and adaptations
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress
  • Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing)
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
