Role Description The Regional Facilities Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations across a defined region. This role manages building maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure all locations are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Manager will conduct regular site inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, and respond promptly to service requests and escalated issues. This role partners with internal stakeholders to plan and execute facility projects, including space planning, minor renovations, and equipment upgrades, while managing budgets and tracking costs.

Manager will also develop and enforce facility policies and procedures, maintain accurate records, monitor performance metrics, and support business continuity and emergency response plans.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple facilities or locations, including maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and service-level monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and ability to work with technical specialists and contractors.
- Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting related to facilities operations and capital projects.
- Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and facility standards to improve reliability and uptime.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices relevant to facilities and physical operations.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capability to prioritize competing demands across multiple sites.
- Proficiency with facility management software, work order systems, and common office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation tools).
- Ability to interpret floor plans, technical documents, and maintenance reports, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Capacity to lead or coordinate small teams, vendors, and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed for site visits, inspections, and project oversight.
