Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals. Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure favorable terms for the company. Develop and maintain a real estate portfolio strategy to support the company's expansion goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful store openings. Monitor and track market trends and competition to inform real estate decisions. Manage the real estate budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on real estate activities and progress. Stay current on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve processes and strategies. Represent Five Below in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
