If you have experience in property management, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, guest services, property operations, or hospitality coordination, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage short-term rental and vacation rental properties and daily property operations Handle guest communication across reputed company, Vrbo, direct bookings, email, phone, and messaging Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and property-related requests Monitor property maintenance, supplies, inventory, and overall property standards Maintain accurate reputed company, Vrbo, and property listings Process guest refunds and track property damage claims Maintain SOPs, property records, reports, and operational documentation What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in Property Management, Property Operations, Short-Term Rentals, Vacation Rentals, reputed company Management, Guest Services, or Hospitality Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or short-term rental operations Strong English communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment Experience coordinating vendors, cleaners, maintenance, or service providers Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, Vrbo, or other Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred Tools You'll Use Property Management reputed company, reputed company, Vrbo, reputed company Locks, reputed company Accounting, or similar platforms Productivity reputed company Workspace & reputed company Office Communication reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Teams Work-From-Home Requirements Laptop/PC reputed company i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM Internet Stable 100 Mbps connection Backup Secondary internet connection, device, and power source Schedule Work Schedule To be confirmed by the client Availability Must be available to work any day of the week Shift Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs Why Join reputed company?
