Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with quality tools, such as seven techniques, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
• Have good pressure resistance, lead the quality NPI team, be responsible for the quality verification of new product introduction, and tracking the project development progress.
• Review the quality data analysis report, communicate with customers to review the quality status of NPI products, complete the quality control plan, and communicate and deal with quality anomalies.
• Have certain management ability, and coordinate the quality work of this department with the connection of other departments.
• The information and other documents involved in the work shall be kept confidential.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education level: Bachelor degree or above.
• Training/major: major in English or science and engineering.
• More than 3 years working experience in project management of new product development.
• Familiar with product quality control, product standards, document preparation (MTD/Q-Plan/PMP/FMEA/SOP/SIP/8d/5c), and have a certain understanding of the production process of institutional products.
• Skillful use of office software, CAD, JMP, Photoshop.
• Able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and coordination, analysis and decision-making ability.
• Experienced the training of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, QC 080000, Intellectual property system standards.
