Clear Path Home Healthcare, Inc. is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a temporary night shift opportunities in Chicago, IL and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Current Illinois RN or LPN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Recent negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

  • Experience with tracheostomy, g-tube care, and vent a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician.

  • Patient assessments and coordination of care.

  • One to one patient care.

  • Provide skilled nursing services as ordered by the physician.

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
