Practice Specialist, Materials

<p>We are seeking an experienced Practice Specialist, Materials at McKinsey & Company to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's leading management consulting firms and to be part of a team that is inspiring change in the world.In this role, you will be responsible for helping to design and execute McKinsey's global materials strategy. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure materials are designed and developed quickly and effectively. You will also provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation and usage of materials.To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced project manager with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently and possess the ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving. Responsibilities: Design and execute McKinsey's global materials strategy. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure materials are designed and developed quickly and effectively. Provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation and usage of materials. Project manage materials development. Ensure materials meet quality standards. Monitor materials usage and provide feedback to stakeholders. Develop creative solutions to challenging materials problems. Maintain a passion for learning and a keen interest in the consulting industry. Work independently and exercise good judgement in decision-making.
