Role Description
This is a 1st shift, full-time, on-site Electroless Nickel role located in Seneca, SC. The role involves applying electroless nickel plating to various components in compliance with customer and production specifications. Daily tasks include preparing parts for plating, monitoring chemical baths, maintaining equipment, managing plating processes, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proficiency in metal plating techniques, with a focus on electroless nickel plating
Understanding of chemical solutions, plating processes, and safe material handling
Mechanical skills, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Attention to detail for quality control, inspection, and precision finishing
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production timelines
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus
3-5 years of experience in Electroless Nickle Plating.
Knowledge of Electroless Nickle Plating Chemistry.
Good work ethics and attention to detail.
Ability to manage small group of people within Department.
