Job description We are looking for a Pilates instructor to join our team with a hybrid working mode between online and in-person events in London. The main responsibilities include the preparation and conduct of both individual and group pilates sessions in presence in pre-organised events, the creation of video content of video lessons and live streaming sessions, as well as becoming an Ambassador of Team UK, the adaptation of the lessons to the abilities of the participants and the promotion of well-being through personalised exercises. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer an optimal experience to our customers.

The role requires physical presence and a proactive approach to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Experience and skills in pilates instruction and group exercises to ensure dynamic and engaging sessions.

Experience in creating recorded video content and live session.

Knowledge of physical therapy to help participants with individual needs or particular physical conditions.

Teaching and customer service skills to create a welcoming and motivating environment and communicate effectively with participants.

Additional skills appreciated include patience, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of body movement and physical well-being.
