Outlet Controller

Job Descriptions

· Reporting to Senior Operations Manager.

· Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision and operations management of retails outlets including sales, stock and resources.

· To recruit, train, supervise Outlet Supervisors and appraising staff.

· Managing retail outlet budgeting as and when required.

· Maintaining statistical record and to analyze the financial loss and profit of each outlet on a weekly/ monthly basis.

· Overseeing stock pricing and stock control.

· Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets for individual retail outlet.

· Ensuring all retail outlets are in compliance with current Company’s practices.

· Preparing promotional materials and displays in the guidance and by the approval of Superior.

· To identify new prospective locations for retail outlet business expansion.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Economics or its equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years experiences in related field of which at least 2 years in Executive/Supervisory position.

· Language proficiency: native or near-native Mandarin, fluent English, and strong Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Ability to work under tight work schedule and able to multitask as when required.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.

· Analytical and organized with good time management, implementation, budgeting and work delegation skills.

· Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Willing to relocate
