Operations Technology Product Designer - Lyft

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for operations technology products, from research to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports scalability across multiple micromobility markets.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
• Advocate for inclusive design practices, ensuring accessibility and usability for diverse user groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting concepts to stakeholders.
• Passion for micromobility and a deep understanding of transportation or related domains is a plus.
