Management
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for Principals, key accounts, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and middlemen.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new key accounts and business opportunities.
- Expand distribution channels and network within the card gaming industry.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
4.
Inventory
Management
- Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and replenishment of products.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover.
5.
Event
Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute gaming events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Manage both local and international events, including logistics, setup, and execution.
- Travel overseas when required to support global events and partnerships.
6.
Grading
Operations
- Supervise and ensure proper grading processes for card products.
- Maintain quality standards and accuracy in grading procedures.
7. Cross-Company Support
- Provide operational support to affiliated or sister companies when required.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure overall business efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in Operations, Sales, or Business Management (experience in gaming/trading card industry is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel locally.
- Flexible to work beyond standard hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
