Material Handler/KitterLocation: Statesville, NC Pay: $16.00 per hour Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PMTemporary Mandatory Overtime: Overtime is currently required for approximately the next month while production catches up.Two weekdays per week until 4:00 PM Saturdays from 6:30 AM–11:00 AM If you cannot work Saturday, you must be available to stay until 6:00 PM during the week Earlier start times may also be required depending on production needsJob DutiesPull, move, and stage automotive seatsPrepare and organize materials for productionKit and stock parts in the appropriate work areasOperate the baler when neededLoad, unload, and move materials throughout the facilityKeep the work area clean and organizedComplete other warehouse duties as assignedRequirementsMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedlyMust be comfortable performing physical, labor-intensive work throughout the shiftMust be able to stand, bend, lift, pull, and move materials for extended periodsMust be dependable and have reliable transportationMust be able to work the current mandatory overtime schedulePrevious warehouse, material-handling, or kitting experience is preferredNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
