Position Summary

Warehouse Associates will support cold-chain and general warehouse operations in a regulated pharmaceutical distribution environment. This role requires flexibility, physical activity, and the ability to work in refrigerated conditions while following FDA and GMP standards.


Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach throughout shift
  • Work inside refrigerated environment (24&degree;F)
  • Rotate in and out of cooler for several hours (PPE provided)
  • Able to read and follow written instructions in English


Primary Duties

  • GMP Services: relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated product serialization
  • Use RF scanner and palletize shipments
  • Perform independent tasks within a team setting
  • Use Klever cutters and tape guns
  • Assist with packing Cold Chain packages
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas


General Warehouse Duties

  • Cooler Prep:
    • Place gel packs and bubble bags into shipping containers
    • Move shippers to takeaway line
  • Void Fill:
    • Place air pillows in cartons to prevent shifting
  • Line Offload:
    • Load cartons onto appropriate shipping pallets
  • Box Making / Box Erector:
    • Ensure continuous supply of cartons
  • Cardboard Disposal:
    • Collect and recycle corrugated materials
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Assist with order picking and packing as needed
  • General Cleaning:
    • Maintain FDA-compliant clean facility
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned


Facility Rules & Guidelines (Summary)

  • Dress code: T-shirt, jeans/sweatpants, and comfortable shoes
    (No tank tops, cutoff clothing, leggings, or spandex)
  • Must enter/exit through main entrance and wear badge at all times
  • Must sign in/out daily and properly punch time card
  • Cell phones not permitted on warehouse floor
  • Paid breaks (15 min) and unpaid lunch (30 min)
  • Training and orientation provided on Day 1
  • Escort required for all non-employees
  • Personal belongings should be left in vehicle


Health & Safety

  • Daily health and temperature screening required
  • Mask required while inside facility (except while eating/drinking)
  • Must follow hygiene and social distancing guidelines
  • PPE, gloves, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies provided
  • Facility is cleaned daily with routine deep cleaning
