In this role, you will participate in and organize marketing activities for the accomplishment of proposal production, public relations/advertising and marketing/sales objectives of the business unit. The primary skills and capabilities required to execute this position are collaborative teamwork, avid learning and strong communication. Job Responsibilities: <ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in coordinating the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals and other marketing assignments: <ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Identify assignments and monitor deadlines </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate proposal content </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Edit content </li></ul></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in designing/editing various marketing/business development documents (i.e., digital and print assets). </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in researching, organizing and preparing analytics/reports. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Support public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) as required. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Update internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, subconsultants, contacts, standard content, etc. </li></ul>Education/Experience: <ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field)</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">0-3 years of related experience. </li></ul>To thrive in this role, you'll need:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign) </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills with editing capabilities </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work independently </li></ul>At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
