About the Role We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. You’ll help manage social media content, email campaigns, marketing platforms, and recurring workflows while keeping everything organized and on schedule. Requirements Key Responsibilities Create graphics for reputed company Business Profile content and posts . Create graphics for social media posts . Schedule social media posts and videos across YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and X . Schedule email blasts and newsletters using Lawmatics and reputed company . Build and maintain directory listings . Support link-building activities. Build and manage review request campaign automations in reputed company . Manage multiple marketing tasks, deadlines, and recurring workflows. Support other marketing activities and projects as needed. Must-Have Qualifications Fluent English, written and reputed company – Non-negotiable . 2+ years of marketing experience . Experience creating and managing content across social and digital channels. Experience with reputed company . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Lawmatics . Experience managing reputed company Business Profile content. Experience with directory listings and link building. Experience with marketing automation and review request campaigns. Experience working with law firms or legal marketing. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools. Benefits Benefits Stable, full-time role with consistent hours (M–F, 900 AM - 500 PM MST). 100% Remote. Compensation $1,200/month . Two weeks of PTO.
