What Will You Be Doing?

The Manager, CX Data & Analytics leads reputed company that designs, builds, and utilizes data in the Customer Care analytics environment to maximize business impact through reporting, data visualization, dashboarding, insights, and analyses. The manager will be an essential partner with both technology and business teams to ensure raw data is transformed into meaningful and actionable business insights for decision making and strategic planning.
