HUDSON IS HIRING A Maintenance Manager offering $79,728.00- $94,970.00 annually at John F. Kennedy International Airport Distribution Center (JFK)

The Maintenance Manager III at John F. Kennedy Airport Distribution Center, is responsible for overseeing maintenance staff and servicing all branch equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead maintenance operations across all shifts, overseeing team performance, scheduling, and daily execution to ensure reliable facility operations

· Own reliability through preventative maintenance programs and hands-on leadership of complex issue resolution across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and critical systems

· Manage projects and partnerships, delivering equipment installs, renovations, and capital improvements while collaborating on budgets, vendors, and cost control

· Drive safety, compliance, and team performance by upholding OSHA standards, developing talent, and leveraging data to improve operations and decision-making

Qualifications:

· Requires 2 years of formal post-high school education in building trades, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Small Appliance Repair certification

· Requires a minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in high volume and/or multi-unit operations or other related management experience; maintenance experience in Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations preferred

· Requires OSHA-10 Certification for Construction and General Industries
