Join Our Founding Clinical Team

Breathe & Believe Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, licensed mental health professionals to join our growing virtual behavioral health practice. We are building a team of clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents.

This is an opportunity to become part of our founding clinical team and help shape a practice dedicated to healing, hope, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual psychotherapy services
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care

Qualifications

Required

  • Active, unrestricted professional license in Maryland and/or Washington, DC
  • One of the following licenses:
  • LCPC
  • LCSW-C
  • LPC (DC)
  • LICSW (DC)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Experience providing telehealth services or willingness to be trained
  • Active Maryland or DC license required
  • Must maintain professional liability insurance
  • Experience providing telehealth preferred
  • Independent contractor (1099)
  • Existing client caseload is a plus but not required

Preferred

  • EMDR training or certification
  • Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or PTSD
  • Experience providing couples, family, or child and adolescent therapy
  • Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
