Learning Experience Designer

<p>As a Learning Experience Designer, you will design experiences that fuel growth and success for PayPal and our customers. You will partner closely with program managers, subject matter experts, channel leads, and others to create innovative, blended learning solutions and advocate for the best user experience. Building and executing learning strategies and plans for major sales enablement initiatives, apply creativity, problem solving, and design methods to come up with innovative learning solutions. Developing learning approaches tailored to our culture, selling prac tices, needs, and preferences with practical business strategies. Prototyping and iterating on design based on user testing and feedback. Gather, analyze, and address metrics, participant feedback, and reporting to ensure high quality and efficient learning solutions.</p><p>PayPal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
