Develop and execute the product roadmap for our Master Data team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and cutting-edge products. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, and use this to continuously improve and enhance the product. Define and track key product metrics, and use data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including creating user stories, defining requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing. Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies related to master data management, and use this knowledge to drive product innovation. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.
