Angelina Bakery is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations at our new Princeton bakery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Supervise pastry cooks and kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Control food costs and reduce waste
• Create staff schedules
• Train and develop employees
• Maintain food safety standards

Qualifications

• Bakery or kitchen management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience managing inventory and food costs
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
