Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant – Enhancements

Role Summary

Seeking a Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant to drive design, development, testing, and deployment of Kinaxis enhancements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse enhancements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and related planning processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and enhance Kinaxis models, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and business logic.
• Perform impact assessments, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Create solution documentation and knowledge transfer material.
• Support release management and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Provide recommendations on Kinaxis best practices and solution optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse implementation or enhancement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Experience with data modeling, calculations, worksheets, dashboards, and automation within Kinaxis.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
