In this role, you will serve as the primary Helpdesk developer, responsible for supporting and maintaining a range of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional business units to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support Avalign’s strategic goals. line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Provide advanced (Level 2 & 3) application support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Translate business requirements into robust technical designs through close collaboration with stakeholders. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support strategic initiatives such as system integrations, application modernization, and cloud migrations. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals) is a plus. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft tech stack: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proficient with SQL Server and database design. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or similar. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and the full SDLC. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt;
