We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse Manager and oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and technician support functions.

This is a critical operational role for someone who understands the fast-paced demands of the HVAC and Plumbing industry and can help keep field teams fully stocked, organized, and efficient.

The ideal candidate has prior HVAC or Plumbing warehouse experience, strong inventory and administrative skills, and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

Based on industry experience, inventory management background, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.

Position Summary

The HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key role in supporting field operations by managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, coordinating logistics, and enhancing operational efficiency.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, computer proficient, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with physical warehouse duties.

Candidates must understand HVAC and/or Plumbing materials, equipment, truck stock, and field operations in order to effectively support install and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

· Maintain accurate inventory counts, reporting, and material tracking

· Receive, inspect, and organize HVAC and Plumbing equipment and materials

· Pull and stage materials for daily service calls and installations

· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

· Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages

· Conduct routine truck inventories and warehouse audits

· Maintain proper organization and labeling of warehouse stock

· Coordinate warranty returns and material credits

Administrative & Operational Support

· Utilize Microsoft Excel and inventory software for tracking and reporting

· Assist with purchasing coordination and inventory reconciliation

· Complete warehouse documentation and data entry accurately

· Support technician efficiency by ensuring trucks and materials are prepared

· Assist with operational logistics and vendor coordination

· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse standards

Leadership & Team Support

· Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations

· Help maintain accountability, organization, and workflow standards

· Communicate professionally with technicians, vendors, and office staff

· Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Required:

· Previous HVAC or Plumbing warehouse experience

· Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing materials and equipment

· High School Diploma or GED

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems

· Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds regularly

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
