Role Description The HR Admin/Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations and recruitment activities. Key tasks include posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

The role also involves maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, assisting with onboarding, and helping address basic employee inquiries and concerns. The HR Admin/Recruiter will support employee relations initiatives, coordinate HR-related communications, and contribute to creating a positive, compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and basic labor regulations.
  • Excellent Communication and Employee Relations skills, with the ability to interact professionally and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Customer Service orientation, demonstrating responsiveness, patience, and a solutions-focused approach when supporting employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all HR tasks.
  • Proficiency with common office and HR tools (e.g., MS Office, applicant tracking systems) and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
