Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and fully licensed State Farm Sales Team Member, with State Farm experience, to join our remote sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere while earning a competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our agency and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
• Must possess a valid Georgia insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
• Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through internet leads, direct mail campaigns, cold calling, and targeted lists.
• Sales: Sell all lines of insurance to both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Marketing: Engage in outside marketing efforts to local businesses and mortgage brokers to expand our network and client base.
• Networking: Attend networking meetings to build relationships and promote agency services.
• Referral Business: Focus on building the agency’s referral business through exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with existing team members to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in team events and meetings to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Enjoyment: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the role, contributing to a culture of enjoyment and fulfillment at work.
