Auto Import

Brands: CORPUS and CHROMA by CORPUS

Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week, with the ability to flex during launches and major campaigns. The initial program-building period may require up to 20 hours per week.

Location: Remote; Los Angeles-based is a strong plus

About the Role:

CORPUS is seeking a strategic, highly organized and hands-on Fractional Head of Creator Partnerships to lead creator strategy and execution across CORPUS and CHROMA by CORPUS.

This person will own the full creator ecosystem—from UGC creators, ambassadors and affiliates to influencers and long-term brand partners. The role requires someone who can identify the right talent, build genuine relationships, negotiate effectively and translate each brand’s positioning into creator partnerships that feel considered, credible and commercially productive.

This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who can develop the strategy and personally execute it, managing the process from sourcing and outreach through contracting, campaign management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creator strategies for CORPUS and CHROMA, reflecting the distinct positioning, audience and business objectives of each brand.
  • Source and evaluate relevant UGC creators, influencers, ambassadors and affiliate partners across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain direct, long-term relationships with creators, agents and managers.
  • Own creator outreach, pitching, follow-up and ongoing communication.
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting and partnership terms.
  • Develop campaign concepts, creator briefs and content direction in partnership with the internal brand and marketing teams.
  • Manage campaigns from initial outreach through contracting, product delivery, content review, posting and reporting.
  • Build and manage structured gifting and product-seeding programs.
  • Manage creator, affiliate and gifting budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify and cultivate high-performing creators for recurring partnerships, ambassador programs and paid-media opportunities.
  • Grow affiliate participation, revenue and ROAS through active recruitment, relationship management and optimization.
  • Ensure creator content meets brand standards while remaining authentic to each creator’s voice and audience.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline, campaign calendar, contact database and content library.
  • Track performance across awareness, reach, engagement, content quality, affiliate revenue and ROAS.
  • Provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations to improve future creator investment.
  • Stay current on emerging creators, platforms, formats and changes within the beauty and creator landscape.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum two years of influencer, creator or affiliate marketing experience within beauty, fragrance, skincare, body care or a closely related category.
    • Demonstrated experience managing creator programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
    • Strong existing understanding of the beauty creator landscape; an established network is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent sourcing instincts and the ability to identify creators who are brand-right—not simply creators with large followings.
    • Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of creator fees, usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity.
    • Experience managing budgets, gifting programs and paid creator partnerships.
    • Understanding of affiliate marketing, performance measurement and ROAS.
    • Highly organized, responsive and capable of managing multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Refined understanding of brand, design and tone, with the ability to distinguish between the worlds of CORPUS and CHROMA.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
    • Los Angeles-based is a plus.

    Measures of Success

During the first six months, success will include:
    • Establishing a clear creator strategy and operating structure for both brands.
    • Building a consistent pipeline of relevant, high-quality creators.
    • Increasing the volume and quality of usable creator content.
    • Expanding brand awareness and qualified reach.
    • Growing affiliate participation, revenue and ROAS.
    • Developing a core group of creators with the potential to become long-term brand partners.
    • Implementing clear budget management, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
