Duties Provide outstanding in-flight customer service, including food and beverage delivery, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction. Conduct comprehensive safety demonstrations and briefings in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and airline policies. Manage aircraft evacuation procedures efficiently during emergencies, guiding passengers calmly and confidently.

Communicate effectively with passengers using multiple languages such as Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Greek, Arabic, French, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, Dutch, Hindi, Khmer, Danish, Cantonese, Turkish, Czech, and others to accommodate diverse needs. Supervise cabin crew members when applicable; oversee in-flight logistics and coordinate team efforts to maintain smooth operations. Handle passenger inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues with professionalism and tact using conflict management skills.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and airline policies throughout all phases of flight.
