Filmaker for AI Films

<p>We're hiring an AI Creative Director at ResounAI.</p><p><br></p><p>ResounAI produces AI-generated cinematic content at volume — 100 to 200 minutes of finished film every month. We're looking for the person who owns the creative and directorial backbone of that output: the vision, the shot logic, the performances, and the fundamentals every generated frame is held to.</p><p><br></p><p>You'd be the first hire into this function. The crew of 5-6 AI Filmmakers you'll eventually direct doesn't exist yet — part of the job is helping us build it.</p><p><br></p><p>What you'll own:</p><p>- Creative vision and direction across every project — tone, pacing, visual language, performance</p><p>- Turning scripts and scenes into clear, executable shot breakdowns your team can generate against without guesswork</p><p>- Catching execution problems early — a wrong reference, a bad model choice, a continuity break — before they cost real time</p><p>- Directing performance through AI tools: knowing when a generated take isn't landing, and knowing exactly what to change</p><p>- Building and training the crew as it comes together — setting the bar, teaching the fundamentals</p><p><br></p><p>What we're looking for:</p><p>- A real filmmaker's eye — someone who can read a face, block a beat, and land a cut, camera or no camera</p><p>- Working fluency across the AI filmmaking stack (reference/character generation, video generation, voice, compositing) — enough to direct and troubleshoot it, not necessarily to be the fastest hands on it</p><p>- Comfortable being the only creative voice in the room today, and building the team around that voice tomorrow</p><p>- Gives direction that's specific and actionable — instructions a teammate could actually run with</p><p><br></p><p>Role: Full-time</p><p>Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000/month</p><p><br></p><p>Interested?
