Your Role: As a Night Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and educate students in various esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup, and hair removal techniques. You'll have the opportunity to teach in a dynamic environment during evening hours, accommodating students who are pursuing their career goals while balancing other responsibilities. Conduct practical demonstrations to enhance student understanding and skill development

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback

Collaborate with other instructors to ensure high educational standards are met Requirements Qualifications: Active Esthetics license in the state of Illinois is required

Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture

Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred

Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals

Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and meet diverse student needs

Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
