Edit/Produce a :30 second spot from my rough cut (built in Premier Pro)

My small creative agency needs some additional bandwidth on a project that's due tomorrow. We've got a good start, with a PremierPro package that contains a rough cut of the spot with the VO and all of the necessary video clips. We need the support of an editor who can take it from rough cut to polished final product. We need someone experienced; this isn't the time to be learning. And we need someone who can start work (literally) right away.
